While Binh was aware that my preference was for a 3-bd condo in the HB area, he called me one afternoon excited to show me a 2-bd unit. After some hesitation, I agreed to see it. He understood that what was just as important as *what* I was hoping to get was *why* I wanted to move to HB in the first place. I wanted easy access to outdoor recreation (namely bike riding). The location he wanted to show me was beyond perfect in that regard, less than 2 miles from the famed HB bike trail. I ended up making an offer that evening. The whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. He was on top of everything along the way. Now, I live in a great community with great neighbors and I can easily get outside whenever I want. Binh helped us purchase our 1st home and amazing is an understatement! We were extremely nervous and would sometimes get cold feet and stop looking then a month or two later start looking again.
